1.) How much does it cost to do a drop-in class or open gym?
The cost is $16 an hour for open gym. Ages 6 and up. Drop in classes varies based on program. Check here for pricing.
2.) What shoes should I wear?
Tennis shoes are required at all times. No boots, sandals, heels, muddy shoes, or crocks.
3.) What type of membership do you offer?
We offer unlimited classes and open gym for an affordable fee starting at $45 a month and up to $79. Pay a one time $29 enrollment fee and then no contracts only month-to-month renewal. We have options for members who want to commit to a longer membership that will reduce the price. You can see pricing options here
4.) Do I need the experience to attend a class?
All of our classes are tailored for beginners. We have options for all levels.
5.) When are classes and open gym offered?
Check online for the schedules. Schedule may change due to trainers, holidays, and seasons.
6.) What should I do before I come to class?
We recommend you create a free account and register for classes or open gym on our site. You can pay for your classes online to be sure your spot is reserved. This will speed up the check-in time.
7.) Am I required to sign a waiver if I’m not on the course?
Everyone who is around our facility is required to sign a waiver even if you’re not going to be on the course. Parents must also sign waivers if you are watching your minor.
Please complete an account online to sign the waiver before coming to our facility for an efficient check-in. You may add your minor as a family member on the account.
8.) How old do you have to be in class and/or open gym?
To participate in an open gym the age requirement is at least 6 years old. We have classes for ages 5 and up. Check youth program for details.
9.) What does your training consist of?
Our classes are based on a technique to help you with a particular obstacle to ensure you do it safely and correctly. We teach students how to do a dynamic warm-up. Some of the classes will be ninja warrior or OCR (obstacle course race), to help with technique and endurance training.
10.) I want to do a birthday party or team event with your facility. How does it work?
We recommend that you email fill out the birthday inquiry form and provide us with as much detail as possible about your group such as how many numbers, the age group, and how long do you want to be in the facility.
11.) What makes you different than other ninja gyms?
Our ninja warrior gym is about building a community of like-minded individuals. We want to create a safe place for people to challenge themselves. Our owner is the only certified nationally recognized in group fitness and competed on the American Ninja Warrior hit television show. Our trainers are CPR certified by the American Red Cross and is a nationally recognized fitness program. We just don’t show you the moves, we teach you the moves and tell you why. We also have a five-tier system that will encourage you to challenge yourself and improve your goals.
