For adults, we offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced ninja classes to provide an option for everyone, no matter if it’s your first day trying ninja warrior training or you’ve been training for competitions for years. Our kids and teens classes are designed to fit all ability levels so that every junior ninja warrior can be confident as they train.
You Will Get In The Best Shape Of Your Life
Ninja warrior gyms feature training courses comprised of many of the classic obstacles that you find in national Ninja Warrior competitions. You’ll also see obstacles from the primetime television show American Ninja Warrior, like Salmon Ladders, Spider Walls, Swinging Bars, Tight Ropes, Up & Over Walls, and more. These obstacle courses will force you to utilize all of your body’s muscles, leading to an incredible full-body workout that is hard to achieve in your standard gym exercises.
Come prepared to stretch your comfort zone, take risks, get up high and down low, and fully rely on the strength of your body to accomplish tasks. All of the exercises that you perform in ninja warrior training are focused on strength, agility, balance, and flexibility. This means that after just a few classes in a Ninja Warrior Gym, you will come out with stronger arms, stronger legs, and a rocking core.
You Can Practice Outside Of Classes With Open Gym
If you’re the type of person that likes to practice on your own sometimes outside of working with a trainer, you can opt to come to our ninja warrior gym during open gym hours to get as many runs in on the courses as you please. Open gym is also a great option for those who want to give obstacle course racing a try for the first time and test their own abilities without signing up for a ninja warrior class.
